'Now What?' Episode Description
In the aftermath of last season's emotional finale in which House and Cuddy admitted they had feelings for each other, as Season Seven begins, they are exploring the ramifications of those feelings and attempting to make a real relationship work. Meanwhile, due to a colleague's illness, Princeton Plainsboro is left without a neurosurgeon on site, threatening the hospital's accreditation as a Level 1 Trauma Center. As the team attempts treatment to get their sick colleague back to work, they discover there is more to the illness than they originally suspected and turn to House for direction. Instead, House remains elusive, leaving the team on its own in the "Now What?" Season premiere episode of HOUSE airing Monday, Sept. 20 (8:00-9:00 PM ET / PT) on FOX. (HOU-701) (TV-14 D, L, S)
Cast: Hugh Laurie as Dr. Gregory House; Lisa Edelstein as Dr. Lisa Cuddy; Robert Sean Leonard as Dr. James Wilson; Omar Epps as Dr. Eric Foreman; Jesse Spencer as Dr. Robert Chase; Peter Jacobson as Dr. Chris Taub; Olivia Wilde as Thirteen / Dr. Remy Hadley

Maya talks: Huddy Insatiable?
Yesterday latest House promo set off a wave of enthusiastic madness among House fans; or at least the ones who were happy when last season finale “Help Me” ended with the promise of the upcoming exploration of House and Cuddy couple – best known as ‘Huddy’.
Why this sudden excitement? Well, it’s not hard to figure it out, once you’ve seen the said promo, which contained several Huddy lovemaking scenes and other tender or bantering moments that just rose everyone’s anticipation a notch, even though it was already almost at its apex.
After the Bitch Tape #13 had given us the first glimpse (5 seconds, but what a glimpse!) at House and Cuddy love scene mid-August, the fans were indeed getting more and more feverish about the premiere and were demanding new promos with more Huddy in it, almost with fiery passion!
But ‘Ask and thou shall receive!’ Isn’t it how the saying goes? And indeed that’s what happened yesterday night, quite late, since even most Americans viewers have gone offline by the time when Fox released its new promo, which focuses almost all exclusively on Huddy hotness. Judge by yourself.
Here’s a video of all the Huddy “hot” moments that’s been released so far. In slow-mo.
So, once the first wave of bliss has faded a little, what can we deduce from those different scenes?
First, as Executive Producer and Creator of House David Shore hinted at in a recent interview at TCA 2010 Party, the season 7 premiere “Now What” will pick up right after last season finale.
How much ‘right after’ is that? Well, I can tell you it’ll probably be really soon after. So much, that in one of the lovemaking scene shown in the promo we can actually see House and Cuddy ‘in action’, while there’s still dust on House’s face. It means that House is neither showered (but he made his bathtub unusable when he threw the mirror in it), nor even simply washed. That would also mean that they were more impatient, and probably in need, to share love than any other thing and that, is extremely touching. Despite the excessive tiredness: the last scene of “Help Me” takes place at dawn, after house and Cuddy spent the whole night on a rescue mission at a disaster site; despite the emotional sensitivity: House is surely still stricken by the loss of Hannah, his patient; despite the tension: House and Cuddy argued quite violently a few hours before and exchanged some harsh words, despite all that, they still need to answer to the call of desire. That urge is even evoked by the fact that Cuddy still wears her bra – a black one by the way - the same color as the one we got a glimpse at in the first scene of ‘Help Me’, when House caught her putting her pink scrub top on when he barged in her office.
This scene probably takes place in the bathroom. Cuddy still wears the ponytail she had during ‘Help Me’. We can assume they get rid of their grubby clothes and then, passion took over before they could even start to wash themselves…
And I think it quite explicit where it leads: Cuddy is still wearing her black bra, and both dust on House’s face, as much as the scrap on his nose are visible. Eagerness, passion, desire: what best recipe can there be for two confused, lost and hurt souls?
But that’s NOT it! Wait for it Huddy because there’s more. It seems that this premiere will fulfill the dreams of all House and Cuddy fans more than they’ve dared to hope; because it’s not just one love scene there. It’s obvious that in the premiere “Now What?” House and Cuddy will be shown making love several times, as the following screen captures can attest.
Here, of course, there’s the obvious change of position (Huddy creativity, yay!) but it’s still a different moment and not just a second round (though it could be) because House’s face appears clean and Cuddy is now braless.
And finally, there’s also this one moment, which actually was the first one we got in the Bitch Tape #13, and it seems to belong to an even later moment. I would say, but that’s a guess, maybe the closing scene of the episode… The scrap on the nose seems gone, or less visible, which means this other scene takes place another day.
So if we summarize, what does it say? Three different love scenes, at least! Each equally passionate and tender obviously.
And in between the lovemaking? It seems that House and Cuddy are enjoying themselves and having a good time, just relaxing in each other’s company.
Crack-opening a bottle of champagne with a saber (not so successfully as it looks like!)
We even have a little bantering... well mostly from House apparently, who is, as expected, the most playful here. But who would actually think about complaining here?
Butt-grab in front of the elevator, probably in the underground parking of PPTH, one of the (last) moment at work where House visibly still wants to act as a foolish lover, while it seems Cuddy is already getting back to uptight bossy mode.
So I don’t know about you but personally, I really, really, really can’t wait for September, 20 anymore now!
Please, feel free to share your opinions and thoughts on how all those lovemaking will go…

Spoiler Alert!
House's seventh season will open with Dr. House (Hugh Laurie) acting like "a teenager in love skipping school," whisking Cuddy (Lisa Edelstein) away for an idyllic day without the pressures of their hospital and her child, says House executive producer Katie Jacobs. "Anywhere other than Princeton-Plainsboro Hospital is an easier place for them to be together in a relationship," says Jacobs. "That's where we start — 'What if we only have each other?' As their day goes on, Cuddy will learn that the locales they visit hold a secret significance.
Naturally, the lovers can't avoid reality forever. "It would be impossible for Cuddy to spend every day as if her child and her professional life don't exist; a little easier for House, since he is somewhat of a child himself," says Jacobs. "But what's cool about Season 7 is that House is going to try to stay off drugs and have a meaningful relationship. We don't rush through this. It's taken six years to get there, so this is not a story that's going to be done in three episodes.
The true test will come in Episode 2, when the couple returns to work — where she's always on top. What happens, asks Jacobs, "when you're sleeping with your boss and she says 'No'?" As the season progresses, Huddy will toy with getting domestic — and try to do normal "couple" things with Wilson (Robert Sean Leonard) and Sam (Cynthia Watros), which could cause additional tension. "Will the four of them get along?" teases Jacobs.
As for the rest of the hospital staff, while Jennifer Morrison signed a deal to return for a few episodes as Cameron (at the producers' discretion), don't expect her to fill the slot temporarily vacated by Thirteen while Olivia Wilde shoots a film. Rather, a search is on for a new female doc, likely a romantic partner for one lucky surgeon. For Cuddy's sake, let's just hope this new addition isn't House's type.
