House implies to a patient who is struggling to lose weight that she is pregnant by saying she has a parasite. She then asks House to test her husband to see if he is the father after a "mistake" with the ex-boyfriend. Later, the woman brings her husband along to the hospital, however instead of testing him for a paternity test she pretends that she has mono and her husband has to be tested as well to see if he has mono, allowing House to test his blood.
