Spoiler or simply a fan vid? "HOUSE 7x01 - Thunder Roadtrip (unaired)"
But one scene shows House and Cuddy in a sort of piano bar where Bruce Springsteen is singing "Thunder Road". (The scene starts at min. 3:35).
I don't remember I've ever seen Huddy in a piano bar. So the question: is maybe this scene new and real? And so, will we see Bruce Springsteen singing in a future episode?
Sure, this last one scene can be taken from an existing live exibition, but I remember one day Sara Hess tweeted about a very special guest.
Also Bruce Springsteen was named in Known Unknowns, epi which was directed by Greg Yaitanes (and written by Doris Egan as TR and KW).
What do you think?

Edelstein teases 'House' musical episode
Executive producer Greg Yaitanes previously revealed that that a future instalment of the medical drama will feature dream sequences in the style of a Western, a musical, a sitcom, a horror movie and a black-and-white film.
"There is an episode that has music in it [but] it's not an entirely musical episode," Edelstein told E! Online. "I will be singing in said episode."
She revealed that singing on-screen had been "terrifying but really fun".
"I really had a great time," she insisted. "What choice do I have? They write it, I do it. And it was easier than going and stripping."
She added: "It's an awesome episode. I've seen a rough cut of it, which I rarely get to do, and I think it's really exciting."
House continues on Mondays at 8/7c on Fox.

HOUSE - Preview #1 from "Two Stories" airing 2/21!
House : We obviously have something to we need to discuss.
Cuddy : Right now is not a good time.
House : if you're mad because you aren't getting a necessary amount of affection, all you have to do is ask.
Cuddy : Seriously, not now.
House : Memory serves I enjoyed a healthy sunday brunch. So your insinuation..
[Cuddy slams phone on House's finger]
Ow! What is your problem!?
Cuddy : [angrily] YOU. You are my problem. You are the most selfish, self centered son of a bitch on the face of the planet, and I'm sick of it! I'm just.. done. I can't deal with you anymore.

EW House Spoilers
‘HOUSE’: MUSICAL NUMBERS? WESTERNS? YUP.
Picture this: House and Cuddy in western gear a la Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid. Robert Sean Leonard’s Wilson hanging out in a sitcom-style version of House’s apartment as a laugh track pipes in. A musical number choreographed by So You Think You Can Dance‘s Mia Michaels. A horror movie (with zombies!). And a classic black-and-white movie. Sound like the craziest episode of House ever? Executive producer Greg Yaitanes explains.
“Within those dreams, the story of what [the team is] going through is being told in [the dreams] throughout the episode,” he says. “It just allowed us to [tell the] message of this great story between them and let the fans participate in a new way.” Very new, indeed. But definitely worth watching if you’re a Cuddy fan. In fact, it’s required watching if you’re a Cuddy fan. “If you’re enjoying their storyline, this is going to be a very important episode,” Yaitanes teases of the likely “polarizing” episode. “I think people will love or hate us for it, but I just think there’s some incredible work there that was done. Liz [Friedman] wrote an amazing script, and I think everybody really shines in a big way,” he says.
I begged him for more, but all I got was: “The musical is… I don’t think anyone will have seen something like that on television before.”
Excited yet?
*For a First Look at the episode, pick up the new issue of EW, on stands Feb. 11. You won’t regret it.
